Refund policy

We want you to love your covanion cap. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hello@covanion.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items All limited edition items and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@covanion.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
